A new thing is happening at the corner of Cameron and Cork streets in downtown Winchester, Virginia. 

Open Door UCC has been birthed with a vision of drawing together persons of various backgrounds who seek spiritual sensitization.

Today we are taking the seed and growing a new community for the 21st century. This is am exciting time: complete with guest musicians and speakers.  

Our Doors are Open in a way not seem in a church in Winchester before. We seek the musical in the ordinary. Our slogan is 'Where Curiosity Meets Infinity.' We strive to embrace the evolution of nearly 14 billion years with an infinity to come after we are gone from this planet.  

We say, God Is Still Speaking. Open Door UCC strives to be a place where we can listen with hearts and hands to the Still Small Voice of the Life Force that drives every creature that had ever lived. Our focus is on a life well lived in this planet here and now. And we are going to do everything we can to respond to the call of life to make this a better world for animate and inanimate alike.   

We believe in the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness whatever your birth status or past constraints. We believe in the separation of church and state. We do our best to open our most precious selves to a mystical union with the one Force that lives and moves in all that is in the Universe. Come and join us.
